Our Story

Founded in 2024 and launched a year later, Pronact was created to address the high entry cost required to own or invest in real estate, an entry too high for most people. Our founders believed the dream of real estate ownership should not belong only to the wealthy few. After experiencing high costs, rigid processes, and limited financing options, they set out to build a more accessible path powered by technology, transparency, and community. Pronact exists to help anyone co-own and invest in real estate, turning what once felt out of reach into an achievable reality.
